Life Coach. Speaker. Author
I am the CEO of DLaws Code LLC and founder of Love Because. I am a motivational speaker who speaks to motivate and inspire lives. Reaching out to those who do not think hope is there because the way pain or trauma has caused them to interpret life. I am also an author of a 31-day devotional journal titled “Finding Emotional Maturity Through Emotional Awareness.” Writing the 31-day devotional journal encouraged me to further my education by enrolling into the doctorate program for Psychology to expand my knowledge on emotional development. My goal is to guide individuals toward emotional healing, hence why I became a Life Coach. I realized the importance of identifying, understanding, and managing emotions was crucial for growth. My mission is to empower and transform lives through emotional awareness.

Mission Statement
To mentally help people break away unhealthy habits that were created through pain and trauma. The idea is to promote emotional guidance to those who are ready for transformation and growth. Helping people navigate through unhealthy emotions by looking at pain through a different set of lenses. The main goal is to guide people to develop healthier relationships, build confidence, and improve self-worth. The key is to break through the circle of bondage that keeps us trapped in an unhealthy lifestyle.

The Process for Growth
We want to empower hope into people who find it difficult to move through past pain or trauma. First, you need to be ready to make a choice. Second, decide to do the work to overcome. The purpose is for individuals to identify their emotions and what drives them to react in an unhealthy way. Then learn healthy ways to manage the emotions.
Ultimately the process is to:
Bring Clarity. Mindset Change. Emotional Freedom.
My Story
As a child I had a lot of challenges I could not get through because I did not feel I had a safe space, so I hid my emotions. The way I saw emotions demonstrated was confusing to me. There was a lot of fight and anger that had me see love defined differently. Emotions was not the only thing I hid, it was also my identity as a lesbian woman. Society and religion had me doomed, but not God. I had a lot of fear and misunderstanding, as a result I turned to the wrong people and substance abuse. Through my journey I learned that drinking daily was the result of the real problem I was running from. It was not until I began my emotional awareness journey that many things within me began to unfold. As a result, it led me to write a 31-day devotional journal. The book was intended for me to help others; however, it became more of a breakthrough for me. Writing this book taught me not only emotional awareness but emotional resilience. I learned how to let go, set boundaries, and most of all give grace too myself as I worked through the vulnerable spaces. I grew from emotional suppression to healthy expression. I learned that healing is a practice as well as a process. The journal was designed to empower and transform the lives of the broken. By journaling one’s thoughts and emotions it will help bring peace, healing, and love to those broken places. The journal advocates for seeking therapy if necessary and pausing if emotions are triggered. The book offers daily encouragement, prompts for reflection, and reminds readers to take life one step at a time.
